Aaron handles all stages of litigation, from pre-suit diligence to fact discovery and expert depositions. He develops technical positions for the most complicated technologies. From electrical components to baby bottles, Aaron has handled it all. He has analyzed source code and semiconductor layouts, dealt with ticketing software and smartphone applications, and presented complicated magnetic structures and tangible construction equipment.
Analytical, articulate, and an excellent writer, Aaron produces well-crafted substantive, case-dispositive motions, including claim construction and summary judgment briefs, which he then effectively argues in court. He has taken, and defended, over a dozen depositions and has successfully crafted appellate arguments to preserve his clients’ wins.
Before attending law school, Aaron worked as an electrical engineer at General Dynamics C4 Systems, where the satellite communication systems that he designed and developed included a NASA Deep Space Network antenna utilized in the Mars rover landing.
