Overview

In his patent litigation work, Aiden Berdahl represents clients in matters relating to mechanical engineering and physics. He has worked on matters involving a wide range of technologies, including semiconductors and telecommunications devices.

Before joining Fish, Aiden was a judicial intern for the Honorable Alan D Albright of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas. There, Aiden drafted judicial orders and memoranda of law. He was also an intern at the Office of Emerging Security Challenges in the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Arms Control, Verification and Compliance.

Aiden’s technical experience includes working as a research assistant with the Luther College physics department, where he studied elementary particle physics as part of the Belle II collaboration.

When he’s not at work, Aiden can be found cheering on the Texas Longhorns football team or enjoying a musical performance.
