Alexander Berg, Ph.D., concentrates his practice on patent prosecution and post-grant work in the fields of electrical devices, materials, and computing, including semiconductor systems and fabrication, optics, characterization methods, blockchain applications, and software. Other areas of professional practice include consumer electronic devices and medical devices.
Prior to joining Fish & Richardson, Alexander worked on the development of novel oxide materials and fabrication methods for application in next-generation solar cells.
