Ashley Bolt helps companies handle complex patent and intellectual property litigation in U.S. District Court, before the U.S. International Trade Commission, and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Her wide-ranging practice enables her to support her clients' cases from initial pleadings all the way through trial and appeal.
Ashley’s experience includes litigating disputes across a wide range of technologies, including consumer electronics, software applications, semiconductors, and medical devices. Ashley has helped clients reach favorable outcomes in cases in which she developed strategic contentions, took and defended key depositions, drafted dispositive motions, worked with expert witnesses on critical issues, and assisted with appeal briefing and strategy. Through it all, she's earned a reputation for her insightful strategy and cool demeanor in adversarial litigation.
In 2017-2018, Ashley was a member of the advisory board at Georgia Lawyers for the Arts, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing legal assistance and educational programming to artists and arts organizations in Georgia. Ashley previously served as a legal extern at Georgia Lawyers for the Arts during law school.
Ashley lives in Decatur, Georgia, with her husband and two small children. The whole family enjoys cheering on the Alabama Crimson Tide each fall.
