Cassie Yin supports her clients with patent prosecution services across a wide array of technology, with a particular emphasis on electrical and computer technologies.
Cassie’s legal skills include drafting patent specifications, responses to office actions, and petitions for retroactive foreign filing licenses, as well as writing cease-and-desist letters for trademark infringement.
With a technical background in electrical engineering and computer sciences, she has worked on projects in application areas such as image processing, robotics, database systems, computer security, signal processing, microelectronic devices and circuits.
Both English and Mandarin Chinese are Cassie’s native languages. In her free time, Cassie can often be found enjoying a game of Go (Weiqi), playing the guzheng, or watching a documentary film.
