Cheryl has worked on a variety of technologies, including fleet telematics, semiconductors, pharmaceutical formulations, antibodies, biologics, immunotherapy, CRISPR, sleep apnea devices, encryption hardware, and mobile data. Cheryl has experience from pre-suit diligence to trial, including analyzing patent portfolios and IP licenses, managing discovery, drafting briefs, handling depositions and expert reports, and preparing witnesses for trial testimony. Cheryl has worked on U.S. District Court, U.S. International Trade Commission, arbitration, post grant, and Federal Circuit matters, and brings a highly organized case management style to her cases.
