Claire Chang focuses her practice on patent litigation related to electrical and computer technologies. She has extensive experience researching and writing legal memos, conducting prior art searches, and drafting invalidity charts.
She was previously a summer associate with the firm in 2019 and 2020. Prior to joining Fish & Richardson, Claire provided pro bono legal services through the Berkeley Law Startup Law Initiative, where she drafted and revised formation documents, including articles of incorporation, bylaws, and founder stock purchase agreements, as well as advised clients on incorporation matters. She was also a member of the Berkeley Technology Law Journal while a student at Berkeley Law School.
