Elliot Scher focuses his practice on patent litigation in the technological fields of semiconductor circuits, network communication systems, magnetic stripe emulation, antenna beamforming, and pharmaceutical products.
He also has experience in pre-litigation matters, including prior art searches and claim infringement analyses. Prior to practicing law, Elliot was a research assistant at the Vanderbilt University Particle Physics Lab, where he worked with CERN researchers on analyzing particle collision backgrounds, and also worked directly on-site at the Large Hadron Collider.
