Grayson Sundermeir’s practice focuses on complex patent litigation. His experience spans all aspects of pre-litigation diligence and litigation, including fact and expert discovery, settlement strategy, and trial. Grayson’s practice emphasizes life sciences and biotech litigation and encompasses industries as diverse as oil and gas, polymer chemistry, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and automotive/transportation.
Prior to his legal career, Grayson worked in product management and development at a medical device manufacturer. He was previously a summer associate with Fish & Richardson in 2016.
