Overview

Jaylon Carr represents the interests of life sciences and pharmaceutical clients in patent litigation matters.

Jaylon’s legal experience includes performing prior art analysis; developing invalidity charts; and conducting research on § 101 case law, Patent Trial and Appeal Board rules, and International Trade Commission decisions.

While completing his undergraduate degree, Jaylon researched and synthesized quantum dots for solar cell application and solid-state lithium-ion batteries, later presenting his work at the Emerging Researchers National Conference.

In his free time, Jaylon enjoys kickboxing and playing basketball.
