In his over a decade at Fish, Jeff has been instrumental in creating a culture of growth, leadership, and learning for legal staff across all offices and practice groups. He also serves as the co-chair of the firm’s LGBTQIA+ affinity group, RainbowFish, which provides a safe and inclusive place for LGBTQIA+ members of the Fish community to connect and discuss matters such as workplace representation, diversity in hiring and retention, and issues unique to LGBTQI+ people in the legal field.
