Jesse Gordon, Ph.D., focuses his practice on patent drafting and prosecution, as well as due diligence and freedom-to-operate studies in the chemical and life sciences industries.
Jesse has extensive experience in a variety of technologies, including chemistry, chemical biology, microbiology, optics, and microscopy. Specific applications include small-molecule pharmaceuticals, catalysts, polymers and polymer materials, DNA nanotechnology, engineered peptides, electrochemistry, fluorescence imaging, and filtration technologies.
Prior to joining Fish, Jesse held research positions at both the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and McGill University. During his graduate studies, he studied bacterial chemical sensor proteins using single-molecule fluorescence methods.
