Jessica Wang focuses her practice on patent litigation.
Jessica’s legal experience includes researching and writing legal memos and briefs; creating invalidity charts; drafting utility patent applications; responding to office actions; and preparing option, license, and non-disclosure agreements. Her background in chemical engineering has given her familiarity working with an extensive range of technologies, including pharmaceuticals and biotechnologies.
As a law student, Jessica served as an article editor for the Berkeley Technology Law Journal.
Outside of her practice, Jessica enjoys honing her skills in climbing and archery.
