She also has extensive experience working with antibodies, peptides, lipid nanoparticles, cell therapies (T-cells, CARs), and companion diagnostics, and she regularly manages patent portfolios for products undergoing clinical trials in the oncological, antimicrobial, ophthalmological, metabolic disease, and cardiovascular spaces.

Jill also has experience working with clients involved in a merger or acquisition. Most recently, she assisted in the patent due diligence surrounding the $70 million acquisition of a biopharmaceutical company focused on the development of novel antibody therapeutics.

Jill received her B.A. in biochemistry from New York University, her Ph.D. in biomedical sciences from Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai (Department of Microbiology), and her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law. A former competitive skier, Jill uses her time outside the office each winter to hit the slopes.
