Overview

Joshua Park focuses his practice on patent, trademark, and trade secret litigation in various U.S. District Courts. He has extensive experience litigating in the Western District of Texas and the Southern District of Texas and has assisted in several litigations in the District of Delaware and the Northern District of California.

In his practice, Joshua has dealt with every phase of intellectual property litigation, from leading pre-suit investigations in high-stakes trade secret litigation to drafting claim construction briefs and summary judgment motions in complex patent litigations to preparing inventor-witnesses for trial and preparing post-trial and appellate briefs.

Joshua has a robust technical background in electro-mechanical technologies, particularly in the oil and gas industry, having worked extensively with downhole tools and electric hydraulic fracturing systems. His casework has also spanned a variety of other technologies, including point-of-sale systems, erosion prevention systems, and industrial food manufacturing processes.

Prior to attending law school, Joshua was an assistant in the Texas legislature. He also has experience designing high-purity gas systems in the biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry and thermal airflow configurations for enterprise server products.
