Overview

Kevin Seltzer represents clients in litigation matters pertaining to mechanical engineering, physics, and related technologies.

Kevin’s legal skills include writing research memoranda on discovery and privilege issues, standards for willful infringement, extraterritorial damages, motions to stay pending institution of inter partes review, and written description and enablement standards for antibody patents. He also has experience performing prior art searches for patentability and freedom-to-operate opinions, performing trademark clearance searches, and drafting nondisclosure agreements and intellectual property assignment agreements.

In addition to his strong technical background in mathematics and physics, Kevin is skilled in computer programming, with proficiency in Java, C++, Python, and MATLAB programming languages.

When he's not litigating, Kevin can be found embarking on a long-distance run or working in his garden.
