Lucien Wang’s practice focuses on pharmaceutical- and technology-related litigation in federal District Courts and other forums.
Lucien has represented innovator pharmaceutical companies and defended blue-chip technology companies in high-stakes litigations, including cases involving biologics, neurodegenerative disease therapies, beta-blockers, plant genetics, pain-blocking devices, semiconductor lithography, lithium-ion batteries, peripheral connection technologies, networking equipment, navigable telepresence, digital rights management, telematics, and polysilicon manufacturing process.
Lucien has experience with all aspects of patent litigation from pre-litigation analysis through trial. He also has experience counseling clients in patent portfolio assessment and strategic planning. As a certified English-Chinese translator, Lucien frequently puts his skills to use for cases involving Chinese companies.
During law school, Lucien was a judicial extern to the Honorable Kimberly S. Budd of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court.
Lucien is a husky dad. In his free time, he enjoys hiking with his dog, curating an album of national park maps, cooking hotpot, and playing Go.
