Matthew Johnson focuses his practice on patent litigation in U.S. District Courts, the International Trade Commission, and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
He has experience handling pre-trial matters, including drafting legal research, interrogatories, requests for production, and subpoenas, as well as representing clients in patent-related disputes. He has also drafted and prosecuted numerous patent applications at the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
