Overview

Megan Stanley is responsible for the development and implementation of innovative human resources strategies and programs designed to enhance the employee experience and align the firm’s professional staff with the overall strategic direction of the firm.

Working with a dedicated HR team, Megan provides strategic leadership in the areas of employee relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, training and development, recognition, non-attorney recruiting, and HR systems.

In addition to overseeing these functions for the firm’s 14 U.S. and international offices, she serves as the chairperson of the retirement committee.

Prior to joining Fish & Richardson in 2012, Megan’s career focused on HR management, shaping her understanding of the often-shifting needs of a multi-office, global law firm, and includes experience in leading organizations through large-scale transformations and increasing employee engagement.
