Overview

Meghan Thadani focuses her practice on complex patent litigation matters at the trial and appellate levels.

Meghan has experience in nearly all phases of litigation, including drafting pretrial motions, discovery requests and responses, and motions for summary judgment; managing document collection and production; preparing experts for deposition and trial; and performing various other litigation-related tasks. As a 2019 summer associate, Meghan also assisted with trademark and copyright litigation.

During law school, Meghan served as a senior editor for the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Law and Innovation. Meghan was on the winning team of the 2018 Penn Law Intramural Mock Trial Competition. She was also actively involved in representing members of the Philadelphia community in matters involving Social Security, landlord-tenant disputes, and reproductive rights through the Penn Law Walk-In Clinic and the If/When/How chapter at Penn Law. Meghan continued her study of neuroscience during law school, where she completed a graduate certificate in neuroscience.

Before attending law school, Meghan worked in regulatory compliance and financial crimes at American Express.
