Nate Clauser joined Fish & Richardson in 2012 and serves as the firm’s ethics & conflicts counsel. His practice is focused on advising the firm regarding issues of legal ethics and conflicts of interest. He works with the Conflicts staff and the firm’s intake committee to assess and resolve ethical and risk management issues arising from new business intake and lateral hiring.
Nate earned his law degree at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. Prior to law school, he studied philosophy and international relations at Lehigh University and earned a master’s degree in moral philosophy from the University of Chicago.
