Overview

Neil joined the firm in 2001 as a litigation paralegal and has distinguished himself over the years for his legal research skills. Neil has also proven to be a very good trial paralegal, having participated in eight trials. Additionally, Neil has prepared for at least 10 case-dispositive hearings. Neil began his legal career in 1996, working in the legal department of an engineering firm. Thereafter, from 1998 until he joined Fish, he worked for several New York area law firms, honing his intellectual property paralegal skill sets in both the patent prosecution and patent litigation disciplines.
