Philip Chen’s intellectual property litigation practice spans a wide range of technologies, including biologic pharmaceuticals, medical devices, navigation systems, and software.
Philip has experience in all aspects of complex intellectual property litigation in both U.S. District Courts and the U.S. International Trade Commission, including pre-suit diligence, fact and expert discovery, claim construction, motion practice, and trial.
During law school, Philip worked with the BU/MIT Technology & Cyberlaw Clinic, where he provided counseling and representation to students with their innovation-related academic research projects, experiments, and ventures.
