Her legal experience encompasses the full range of trademark, copyright, and brand management services, including global portfolio management, domestic and foreign trademark clearance, trademark litigation, global trademark enforcement, copyright applications and portfolio management, and due diligence for corporate mergers and acquisitions.

Prathyusha is also dedicated to pro bono work and serving nonprofits in Atlanta. She has served on multiple nonprofit and community boards since 2020. Prathyusha currently serves as Secretary of the Georgia Asian Pacific American Bar Association (GAPABA), as well as serving as a Board Member for the GAPABA Law Foundation. She is also a board member of the Callanwolde Fine Arts Center Young Professional Board, the Advisory Council of the Georgia Lawyers for the Arts, and serves on the Emerging Leaders Council of the Georgia Asylum and Immigration Network.

Prior to joining private practice, Prathyusha served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Miguel A. Torres, U.S. Magistrate Judge, in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, where she managed a full civil docket and reviewed matters related to copyright infringement, labor and employment (ADA), products liability, constitutional rights, social security, 42 U.S.C. Section 1983 civil rights, wire fraud, and death penalty sanctions. Given the heavy docket backlog during the COVID-19 pandemic, Prathyusha reviewed a diverse array of cases in her capacity as law clerk to support all the judges in the El Paso division of the Western District of Texas. Previously, Prathyusha was a racial justice legal fellow at Justice in Aging in Washington, D.C., where her work focused on the Health Care Rights Law (§ 1557 of the Affordable Care Act), and its impact on aging populations with limited English proficiency.

While attending law school, Prathyusha served as a trademark and marketing legal extern for The Coca-Cola Company. She also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Jill A. Pryor in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and to the Honorable Jane C. Barwick in the Superior Court of Fulton County, Georgia. Prathyusha served as a Congressional intern for Representative Raja Krishnamoorthi (D-IL) in the U.S. House of Representatives. She also worked as a summer associate in the IP, real estate, and corporate practice groups of an international law firm in its Atlanta office.

Prathyusha was selected as a “trailblazer” by World IP Review in its 2024 Diversity in IP Top 100 listing and was named a “Lawyers of Color Hot List” honoree in 2022. Lawyers of Color is a nonprofit promoting diversity in the legal profession and advancing democracy and equality in marginalized communities. Its Hot List recognizes early-to-mid-career attorneys excelling in the legal profession.

In her leisure time, you can find Prathyusha playing tennis, on a row machine, or devouring a good story — either a book, documentary, or Asian drama. On weekends, you can find her exploring coffee shops and bookstores in Atlanta, likely at a table for hours practicing her Korean.
