Qiuyi (Autumn) Wu’s practice focuses on patent litigation across a wide range of technologies, primarily in the fields of biotechnology, life sciences, and mechanical arts. Autumn also has extensive experience with Section 337 investigations at the U.S. International Trade Commission.
Autumn has experience in all phases of litigation, including pre-suit diligence, managing discovery, conducting patent analysis, trial, and appeal.
Prior to joining Fish & Richardson, Autumn served as a judicial intern for the Honorable William G. Young of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. During law school, Autumn worked as an intellectual property and licensing analyst at Boston University’s Office of Technology Development.
