Overview

Skilled in legal writing and analysis, and an integral member of Fish’s litigation and appellate teams, Sarah Jack focuses on patent litigation in the chemical and life sciences.

Sarah represents clients in District Court patent litigation and appellate cases. Her experience spans pre-suit due diligence, fact and expert discovery, taking depositions, claim construction, and drafting dispositive motions.

Sarah began her legal career as a summer associate and 1L diversity fellow with Fish & Richardson. She then served as a law clerk to the Honorable Kathleen M. O’Malley of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (2019-2021) and the Honorable Richard G. Andrews of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware (2018-2019) before rejoining Fish.

In law school, Sarah was a contributing editor to the Iowa Law Review, and her legal scholarship has been published by both the Iowa Law Review and the Washington & Lee Law Review.
