Taylor Reeves focuses her practice on patent litigation in the energy and chemicals industry.
Having assisted with multiple trials, Taylor is familiar with many aspects of litigation, including discovery, deposition preparation, brief writing, and trial preparation. Her work spans technical areas such as energy and chemicals, biopharmaceuticals, and medical devices.
Taylor served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Gregory B. Williams of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware (2023-2024). Prior to joining Fish, Taylor served as an intern with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit for the Honorable Thomas I. Vanaskie (2018) and served as an extern with the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware for the Honorable Christopher J. Burke (2019-2020).
While in law school, Taylor was an active member of the Intellectual Property Law Society, the Benjamin Franklin Inn of Courts, and the moot court board. She was a member of Drexel Law’s Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court Team.
Prior to law school, Taylor studied computational chemistry, focusing her research on using modeling and simulation software to apply approximation methods to molecular systems in order to calculate structures and energy outcomes.
