Experience

Provided intellectual property (IP) support for a client to engage in a joint venture that allows the client to build the largest supercapacitor energy storage manufacturing capacity in the world. The Fish team helped the client pursue global IP rights by conducting due diligence studies and managing its global patent and trademark portfolios. The deal allows the joint venture to establish a fully automated 10 GWh/year manufacturing facility, as well as to acquire and upgrade an existing manufacturing facility to 6 GWh/year capacity.
